Seafood Green Curry with instant paste


Ingredients 1. Instant Green Curry Paste - 1 pkt (70g) 2. Squid - 400g (clean and cut into rings) 3. Prawns - 200g (trim off all pointed edges) 4. Fresh Young corns - 100g (cut into bite size) 5. Mushroom of ur choice - 100g (can be less depending on your preference) 6. Fish sauce - 1 tbsp 7. Sugar - 1 tbsp 8. Coconut milk - 200ml 9. Water - 200ml


The Dish 1. Heat wok (medium heat), add 3 tbsp of cooking oil and add in the green curry paste and stir fried till fragrant.

2. Add in the young corns and mushroom and saute them slightly and pour in 200ml of water. (Turn up to high heat)

3. Bring it to boil and add in the prepared squid and prawns.

4. Once all the squids start to shrink, add in 1tbsp of fish sauce, 1 tbsp of sugar and the coconut milk. Bring it to a boil, taste it, adjust to your preference and its really to be served.

Serve this with other dishes and most importantly, white rice.
