Air Fried Chicken Wings marinated in Teriyaki sauce and Martell. (4 pax)


Ingredient 1. Chicken Wings - 12pcs. (cut into Wing Stick and Mid wing) 2. Teriyaki Sauce - 5 tbsp 3. Sugar - 2.5 tbsp 4. Dark Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp 5. Martell - 4 tbsp 6. Sesame seeds 7. Olive oil - 2 tbsp.


Preparation 1. After cutting up the chicken wings, place all the wings into a ziplock bag.


2. Pour in all the mentioned sauces, zip up the bag and mix everything well. Unzip the bag a little and release all the air and zip it back.


3. Place it in fridge for at least 4hrs for marinating.


4. Heat up a wok using low heat and pan fry the sesame seeds till golden brown. Once done, remove and set it aside.


The Dish 1. Pre-heat the Air-fryer at 160℃ for 5mins. Remove the tray and place in some chicken wings and air fry it at the same temperature for 10mins.


2. After 10mins, remove the tray and turn the chicken wings downside up for a move even cook for another 10mins.


3. Once 20mins is up, the Chicken Wings should be will cooked. Remove it from Air Fryer and sprinkle some sesame seeds onto it. Repeat the same process until all the chicken wings are cooked.


The above mentioned temperature and timing will give you a well done chicken without having the worry of seeing slight pinkness on the inner of the Wings. The chicken are still juicy even though it took a long timing to cook.


You can serve this Wing with Salads, as a side dish or even a snack. Hope this helps.
