Fried Chicken Wing with Adabi Fried Chicken Flour




Ingredient 1. Chicken wings - 10pcs (wash and separate the drumette and wing) 2. Sea salt - 1 tbsp 3. Sugar - 1.5 tbsp 4. Cooking wine - 1.5 cap full. 5. Pepper - 0.5tsp 6. Egg - 1 pc 7. Adabi fried chicken flour - 1 pkt 8. Ziplock bags - 2 bags



Preparation 1. Using 1 ziplock bag, Marinate the chicken wings with the sea salt, sugar, cooking wine and pepper. Mixed them well, squeeze out the additional air, lock it and keep them in a fridge for at least 4 hours.


The Dish 1. Heat the frying wok and add in cooking oil.


2. Add an egg into the bag of marinated chicken wings and mix them well.


3. Pour the packet of the fried chicken flour into another ziplock bag. (To prevent making a mess in the kitchen and at the same time allowing a even coating.)


4. Slowly take out the chicken pieces and shake off the excessive liquid before dropping it into the packet of flour. Zip up the bag and shake the bag until all chicken pieces and nicely coated.


5. Slowly drop the chicken into the hot oil and deep fry them for about 7 to 8mins till is turn golden brown.


6. Allow it to drip dry before serving this dish. I must say that this dish taste very nice.
