Stir fry Luffa Gourd with Egg and Fishball. (蛋炒勝瓜鱼圆汤)
I always like this dish as this sweet tasting gourd dish was first introduce to me when I was a little boy. This family dish is always served in a soupy style. Can eat the gourd like veggies and can drink the sweet soup.

Ingredients
1. Luffa gourd - 1 fruit (skinned n slice)
2. Eggs - 2pcs
3. Fishball - 1pkt (12 pcs)
4. Water - 50ml
5. Salt - to taste

The Dish
1. Heat up wok using medium heat, add 2 tbsp of oil and crack in the 2 eggs. Quickly stir fry until the eggs solidify.
2. Once solidified, add the sliced luffa gourd and saute till it soften. Using medium heat, you need to stir fry about 1.5 to 2mins.
3. Once it soften, add in the 50ml of water and allow it to boil slightly before adding in the fishball.
4. Once it starts to boil, add some salt (approx. less than 0.5tsp). Taste it before deciding to add more salt.
5. Once the taste is right, scoop it up and serve while it hot.
