Stir Fry Beansprout with Sze Chuan Vegetable and Tomato

Ingredient 1. Beansprout - 300g 2. Tomato - 1 medium fruit (cut into 6 pcs) 3. Sze Chuan vegetable - 1 small pkt ( those Pre-prepared ones that you can commonly found in supermarkets. 4. Minced garlic - 3 cloves 5. Sausages (hotdog) Optional- 2 pcs (cut in slices)

The Dish 1. Heat wok in hig heat and add 2 tbsp of oil.

2. Stir fry the minced garlic till fragrance, add in the sliced hotdog and continue stir fry for 10 secs before adding in the Sze Chuan veggies.

3. After stir frying the Sze Chuan veggies for 10 secs, add in the washed Beansprout and tomatoes and stir fry for 1 min (if you prefer crunchy Beansprout. If not, you can cooked it longer)

4. Add a little bit of salt, mixed it well and you are ready to serve.
