Stir fried spaghetti with garlic served with Air fried smoked duck and pan-fried prawns (2 pax)

Ingredients 1. Smoke duck - 200g (Air fried 15mins @ 180 degree Celsius) 2. Prawns - 6 pcs (de-shell) (de-vein) 3. Spaghetti sticks - 250g 4. Old Garlic - 4 cloves (slices) 5. Some green veggies of your choice 6. Chicken stock - 50ml 7. Sea salt - to taste 8. Olive oil - 3 tbsp 9. Cherry tomatoes - 6 to 8 pcs (half them)

Preparation 1. Boil a pot of water. Once bubbles are seen, place in the desired amount of spaghetti sticks and cook for 8 to 10mins. Remember to add some salt n oil into the bubble pot. Once noodles softened, remove from water and add some olive oil to the noodles mix well and set aside.
2. Using the same boiling water and blanch your prefered veggies for 15 secs before removing from the water and set aside.
3. Air Fry the piece of Smoke duck. Set temperature to 180 degree Celsius and AF it for 15mins.
4. Slice the meat into slices n set them aside. Do keep the duck oil which is in the airfryer and when u slice the meat. This oil will add extra fragrance to your spaghetti later on.
5. Fried the sliced garlic with some olive oil till fragrance and remove the sliced garlic leaving the oil in the wok/pan. Remember to use low heat so as not to cause the oil to be burnt.
The Dish 1. Using the same oil from the garlic, add in the duck oil and fried the prawn heads till it turns red. Press and crashed the heads so that the essence are released.
2. Only the essence are released, add in the prawns and pan fry them. Once cooked, remove and set aside leaving the heads still in the wok/pan.
3. Place the spaghetti back into the wok/pan, using a pair of tongs or chopsticks to help to stir fry the spaghetti. Add the cooked garlic, some chicken stock and mix the spaghetti well till it dries up.
4. Once the spaghetti starts to get fragrance, add in the halved tomatoes and some sea salt and mix them well.
(You may add some chilli padi to this dish to increase the spiciness of this dish.)
5. Serve your spaghetti together with the sliced smoke duck, panfried prawns and blanched veggies.
