Trying to do up one of the dish the I used to have when I was a kid. I would recommend to use a non stick wok or pan to do this dish and the minced meat will tend to stick to wok.
Ingredient
1. Minced meat - 150g (marinate with pepper, light soy sauce, sesame oil, conflour and some fish sauce)
2. Eggs - 4pcs (well beaten with pepper and 3 tsp of light soy sauce)
The Dish
1. Heat wok using medium heat. Add in 2 tbsp of oil and place in the marinated minced meat.
2. Keep mixing the minced meat until they are nicely cooked.
3. Lower the heat and pour in the beaten eggs. Add in another 1tbsp of oil onto the side of the egg and allow the egg to solidify slowly. If you use too high heat, the eggs might burnt before it is ready to flip.
4. Once it solidify, with the aid of a spatula and a small flat base plate, turn the egg around and continue to cook the other side. (If you deem that there is not enough oil, do add some more.)
5. Once both sides are done, you are ready to serve your dish. You may garnish your dish with some coriander or parsley for better presentation.
Happy cooking and Bon Appetit!
