Fried minced meat with mushroom and Basil leave paste.

Ingredient
1. Minced meat - 250g
2. Bunashimeiji brown mushroom - 50g
3. Red chilli - 2 pcs ( cut and slice) if you like it spicy replace with chilli padi
4. Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
5. Fish sauce - 1tbsp
6. Dark soya sauce -1tbsp
7. Light soya sauce - 0.5 tbsp
8. Thai basil leave sauce - 2 tsp
9. Minced garlic (3 cloves worth)
The Dish
1. Add 2 tbsp oil to wok and stir fry the minced garlic and cut chilli using low heat
2. Once u feel the sneezing sensation in ur nose, it would mean that the chilli is ready. Add in the minced pork and continue to stir fry.
3. Add 4 tbsp of water to the pork n continue to mix the pork.
4. Once the water starts to boil, add in all the mentioned sauce, mushroom and mixed well. (Throw in some fresh Thai Basil leaves if you have)
5. Taste ur dish. Basing on ur own preferences, add in more of the deserve sauce.
6. You may add some corn starch to ur dish if u prefer to have the slight sticky feel for ur dish. If you prefer it to be slightly wet, ignore this step.
7. Once the mushroom soften, you are ready to serve your dish.
