Stir Fried Baby Kailan with Prawn and Imitation Abalone (小芥兰炒虾与贵妃鲍)

Ingredient

1. Baby Kailan - 1 to 2 pkt (rinse and drain) 2. Prawns - 8 pcs (De-shell and De-vein) 3. Imitation abalone (贵妃鲍) - 300g pkt 4. Garlic - 2 cloves (minced) 5. Corn flour - 2tsp



The Dish 1. Heat wok with medium heat and add 2 tbsp of oil to saute the minced garlic till fragrant.


2. Turn up to high heat and add in the prepared baby Kailan and quickly stir fry it until the veggies volume reduce to half or the colour of the veggies turn to crispy green. Scoop them up and set aside.


3. Open the packet of imitation abalone and pour the liquid into the wok and heat it up using high heat. Add approx. 50ml of water to it and bring it to boil. You can choose to add more water if you like your dish to be covered with more gravy on the surface.


4. Upon boiling, add in the abalone and prawns and stir till the prawns turn red. Once the content is boiling, quickly mixed 2tsp of cornflour with 5tsp of water, stir well n pour it evenly into the boiling content and mixed well till the content thicken and off heat.


5. Pour the content over the stir fried veggies and you are ready to serve.

Remember not to add salt or oyster sauce to the dish. The liquid in the imitation abalone is salty enough.
