Ciabatta Sandwich with Ham and veggies (4 pax)

Ingredient 1. Ciabatta sandwich bread -2pkt of 4s 2. Ham - 200g (2 -3 pcs per sandwich) 3. Big tomato - 2 fruit ( thick slice) 4. Lettuce - 3 to 4 leaves ( cut into shreds) 5. Cheddar cheese - 1 pkt (2pcs per bread) 6. Cucumber - 1 fruit (slice) 7. Honey mustard - 1 bottle
Preparation 1. Slice open the bread
2. Place the preferred type of ham and cheese onto the bread and place it into a toaster n toast for 2mins
3. Once out of toaster, add some honey mustard onto the toasted bread, add the sliced cucumber, lettuce and tomato onto the sandwich, add somemore honey mustard and the sandwich is ready to be serve.
*Optional You may add a few small slices of Bak Kwa (BBQ Pork) into the sandwich. The ingredients for the sandwich is up to individual preference. You may add whatever you like.
You can add ingredients like Yellow onion slice, Pickle slice, Sliced olive, Green pepper slice, grilled chicken meat, etc.
Anyway, after so many days of good food during CNY, its good to go into something light for lunch.
