Fried Bee Hoon with Canned Stewed Pork Chop (罐头排骨炒米粉) (For 2 pax)
Ingredient
1. Stewed Pork Chop - 1 can ( nett weight 397g)
2. Bee Hoon - 3 square piece
3. Green veggies - a handful (choose the type that you like. Some will add cabbage too)
4. Sliced cucumber (for garnish) - a few slices
5. Cherry tomato (for garnish) - a few pcs.
The Dish
1. Heat wok and pour in the stewed pork chop. Using the empty can, filled up with water n mixed into the wok and bring it to boil.
2. When it start slight bubbling, add in the veggies and allow it to boil for approx 30secs before putting in the 3 square pcs of bee Hoon. (Do taste it and add some salt if necessary. I didn't add)

3. Allow the Bee Hoon to be soften and start to mix well with the ingredients until the water dries up. If you deem that the bee Hoon is not soft enough to your liking, add slightly more water to it and allow it boil and dry up again.
4. Off heat and scoop up the dish onto a serving plate. Garnish your dish with some sliced cucumber n cherry tomatoes. You may garnish it with other ingredients of your preference.
