Cold instant noodles. 凉拌快熟面

Lately I eaten some cold noodles with mayonnaise and some cold sauce and find it unique, so wanted to test it out using instant noodles. I try out 2 versions, the wet one and the dry one. Personally I prefer the dry one. So the u/m trial recipe is the dry version.

Ingredient 1. Korean instant noodles - 1 pkt (I prefer Korean instant noodles due to the thickness and texture of it) 2. Shredded cucumber - as per desired 3. Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp 4. Ice cubes - 6 to 7 pcs 5. Other ingredients are as per your own preference.



The Dish 1. Boil a small pot of water. Once boiling, add in whatever additional ingredients you wanted. Once they float up, scoop them up and set aside for later usage.


2. Place the noodle cake into the boiling water n boil it to the texture that you prefer. Upon getting the texture, remove n drain it.


3. Add the ice cubes into the noodles and mix it well. After most of the ice cube are 60 to 70% melted, drain it once again.


4. Mix half a packet of the soup mix and the shredded cucumber into the noodles and mixed them well.


5. Add 1 tbsp of Mayonnaise to the noodles mixed them evenly.


6. Add in all the intended ingredients and you are ready to serve it. You may add some cut chilli to garnish it.
